Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele caller to handle student inquiries related to Study Abroad programs. The role involves making outbound calls, following up with leads, and providing accurate information about overseas education opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain study abroad options such as countries, universities, courses, and eligibility.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to student queries professionally.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for counselors.
- Follow up with students regularly and maintain proper records.
- Update CRM or lead management systems accurately.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets.
- Coordinate with counseling and admissions teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication skills in English and local language(s).
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly approach.
- Basic knowledge of study abroad processes (preferred).
- Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
